I saw this a few weeks ago and now can't find them. The are material gathered to go around a ponytail or braids . I think this is what they were called. Anyone remember

I think they are called "scrunchies"
I don't remember seeing them here on the board but someone else surely must have!

I don't remember them here. They are tubes of fabric with elastic inside them.

Yes, some people use them to put around their bobbins to keep thread from rolling off.

I used to make them years ago. you can use any soft material, and you nead about 8-10 times the lenght you want, sew them into a tube turn them right side up add the elastic and stitch the ends together, you want a fairly strong hat elastic,

The ones that work the best for bobbins come from the dollar store. They are tiny (too small for hair except maybe a tiny child's) and the work very well for keeping bobbin threads from tangling in my thread box. You get well over 100 for a dollar.

Family Dollar has them in a plastic comtainer 200 for $i.oo Hope this helps.

No this is not what I want. Its made of material and gathered to go around the hair. Maybe I'll just make up my own. I think I can do it. Thanks for the help
