Help finding the post. Quilt made of squares that when you scan will say something
 

I thought that I saved it but now I can not find the post.
The quilt is made of squares in dark blue and white and if you scan the quilt with your I phone you can read what is says. I Think.
Please help I need to make one for my son.

I found this thread that is several months old that talks about QR Quilts, but I didn't see a picture. There is a link in the thread for information on how to make them.
