Thank you QUILTNANA!!!!!!! Thanks to quiltnana I have come up with the pattern for the baby quilt I will be making. I am going to use the warm wishes pattern she used in her cowboy baby quilt. Funny enough, I was wanting to do a cowboy theme for the baby quilt I am making because my friend lives in texas and she loves horses and the rodeo. Also, we first met as little ones when our dad's worked together on a horse farm in Kentucky.
I am posting pics of the fabric I bought today, for more than half the price of online fabric stores thanks to ebay. The cowboys will be the main blocks, and then the other blocks will be stripes of the the blue, the cowprint, and the red. Quiltnana, I sure hope you don't mind how similar my quilt will be to yours!!!! If you do, please let me know and I will choose a different pattern. I would completely understand!!!! FYI: just in case anyone was wondering these fabrics are by Michael Miller and are called Lil Cowpokes. They also have the main fabric with cowgirls instead of boys.
And.....I plan on doing the back in the blue bandana. |

Oh, that will be precious! (I have two little guys and really enjoy making stuff for them, but the options are definitely a lot more limited than with girls!)
