I have found my keys in the freezer, in the garbage, and once even in my purse. LOL

Look in the fridge...you may have set it on the shelf as you were pulling out the cheesecake. LOL

Well, Dunster, whatever was it doing in your purse? That would be the last place I would look. As for the remote, look in the sofa cushions.

I blame my husband.

The worst was losing my wedding rings. We were cleaning out an apartment, preparing to move, and I had just had a baby. My hands had swollen from pregnancy, so I was wearing my rings on my little finger. They slipped off somehow. I looked all over the apartment, almost gave up, but finally found them in the trash, in the big trash cans in the community carport, which was separate from the apartments. I still remember that panicked feeling, and it was over 40 years ago.

Stop looking for them. They will appear when you are not looking for them. I think if they know you are looking, they tend to hide deeper into the most unusual spaces of your home. lol.

If it was magnetic look on metal objects in the room.
