WOW, what a handy list! I will definitely use this for my upcoming guild retreat next Feb.
The only thing I would add is a small desktop fan. I always have one handy for when I flash into my own tropical paradise. :D Great list and thanks for sharing!! |

That is a great list you provided. I'm surprised at the large amount of items as I will be attending my first retreat in a few months. Hopefully I'll have enough space in my car for me and my friend and all our "stuff."

I would add colored pencils and graph paper for sketching out new ideas. Also nice to have are freezer paper (for applique and/or signature/label blocks) and wax paper & a towel (for cleaning applique gunk off the iron).

yes this is just a list to help all of us and you can pack accordingly to each of you and your retreat areas

have fun! Also - if you're going with a friend, you can share some of the supplies - like painter's tape, sizing/starch, ironing station (since most places do not have the power/space for individual ironing stations), rotary mats & rulers (again, not all places have room for large individual cutting stations and usually have a few designated cutting stations scattered throughout the area). |
