Time Management. Taking a poll

I found myself in my sewing room yesterday for well over 12 hours! I did all sorts of things...made binding, quilted, started a new top and puttered about.

My question is this. Do you have a clock in your sewing room? I don't and the debate is on if I should have one and placed in a noticable spot!

Thanks for any suggestions you may have.

Happy sewing (I was in there again this morning)

Yes I have a clock in every room, that doesn't mean I look at it. LOL I also have a small travel alarm clock, if I have to leave my sewing at a specific time to do something like start dinner, I will set it.

Yes, I have a clock in my sewing room but if I have something that needs my attention for a certain time will set the alarm on my cell phone for a reminder.

my body tells me when it's time to give sewing a break :)

The clock in my studio merely tells me when my next favorite show will be on; doesn't seem to have anything to do with my sewing at all!:D

i do have a clock in the sewing room...I also use the alarm on my cel phone if i need to do something at a particular time. I may spend most of a day in my sewing room- but i set timers to take breaks- so i don't wind up with a back ache- or something else, so i stop for lunch, a drink- what ever. I tend to be pretty organized (time wise) most of the time & know what activities i need breaks from after 45 minutes & what i can do for 2 hours before i should stop for a bit. ... taking a break right now- :)

my laptop tells me the time if I need to know.

I do, but mostly my dogs tell me when its time to quit...I usually get tired around 4-4:30 and now that they've become accustomed to that routine, they come get me around then. It takes a lot of convincing if I decide to stay longer!

I have a clock in my sewing room but I never look at it. I realized sometime this past winter that I had never adjusted for the time change in the fall! Every now and then, I might hear the ticking that it makes but I pretty much act like it doesn't exist! The dogs will come tell me when they want something and if I'm curious about what time it is, I look at my laptop or my cell phone.

I have a clock in my sewing room, just so I don't have to stop what I'm doing and leave the room to see what time it is.
