Quilt Pro is supposed to be excellent software, especially the later versions (5 and up?). This is what I would have purchased if I hadn't gotten EQ. Wish I could afford both, as Quilt Pro is supposed to be intuitively easier to use.

I've been using it for 5+ years. Started with version 4. I use it to figure yardage, rotary cutting charts, and audition fabrics/colors.

I am lucky enough to have both. QuiltPro had rotary cutting charts before EQ added them! I had no trouble learning QP because if you use other Windows programs it follows the same conventions. With EQ I had to learn their way of doing things, which is fine once you understand it but it took a while (I learned on EQ4). My Carol Doak cd's all work with QuiltPro too!
