I did one years ago. I have the cotton theory book and DVD and plan to make another -- sometime. I have some others I want to try also, I always forget about them when I am planning a quilt.

Is this a harder or easier way of doing it?

If you are working on a large quilt and have limited workspace, it is much easier. When you are done, it's complete, so from that is easier for some folks. It also lends itself to handwork, as a take along project, which a big quilt really wouldn't.

Thankyou for that info. I would like to try this meathod. I like to make smaller projects rather than try to quilt all of it at one time.
