< I restarted my google blog for the sole purpose of being able to see which of my favorite blogs has been updated without having to visit each and clutter up my toobars.

I really love them all, if you click my siggy they are all on the right hand side.

My favorite things about those blogs:

~education: I learn so much from seeing the color combinations they use, their tutorials, their progress pictures, their mistakes... bless all quilters who blog about their mistakes so that I don't have to make the same!!!

~inspiration: most of my favorite blogs are not quilting royalty (yet! although a few are well on their way) but they make quilts that just blow me away with their creativity and seeing such great finished products makes me want to spend more time trying to learn and finish my own UFO's

~entertainment: quilters are a funny breed. All of ya'll are, there is no escaping it. Each sewing machine ever made has a humor inducing flux capacitor inside that permanently enables anyone in proximity with a great ability to turn lifes mistakes into a laughter inducing memory. Sometimes only after tears, but still.

I am not one to comment on blogs, generally I type as little as possible, but if you are a quilter who maintains a quilty blog on my list (I think poppyprint is a member here) thank you for making my days brighter for all the reasons above.

Yikes! I'd never, ever, ever get anything done!!!!!!!!! This one is addictive enough, without adding more!

But......... maybe I'll just take a peek at some of the others. Not for long.....
