Selling Price Help??

I make log cabin quilts using pictures. I have recently been asked to make a few but I'm having a hard time pricing them.
So I was wonder how much would you guys sell each of these quilts for:
XL Lap quilt (40x60) takes about 20 hours give or take:
Extra Long Twin takes about 25 hours give or take:
Queen takes about 30 hours give or take:
I've added extra hours to each quilt due to the scanning and printing of the pictures. This usually takes the longest.

also, remember to factor in the price of the printable fabric and the other fabrics you are using.
Since these are custom for others using their photos, I would definitely not charge less than $125 - $150 for the XL Lap and go up in increments of $75 (at least) from there....
