Default Ran out of Fabric

Isn't there a link, where you can take a picture of the fabric, to see if anyone has extra fabric to sell in that pattern?

There's the In Search of forum here on the board, and also http://www.missingfabrics.com

And if you know the manufacturer and the line, you can search by that to see if any online shops still carry it. I've had some success like that.

You can post a pic here and see if anyone has it; or try quiltshops.com

how long ago did you buy it? Is it possible if the store could give you the info - at least maybe the vendor...

The proper place on this board is to post under this section of the board:

In Search Of ...
Post here if you are looking for something specific you want to buy or trade for.

Please post a photo along with any information you have such as the manufacturer's number. A few days ago, I was searching for a brown batik, sent an email to the designer and she replied with the manufacturers number. I was able to find a shop that had the fabric. Good luck. I am always running short on fabric!

When I've been in this dilemma a couple of times, a friend who does a lot of quilting things on Facebook posted a picture of the fabric I was looking for. I've also actually tracked down the designer of the fabric and contacted them, and in both of those cases, I was fortunate enough to be able to purchase a yard from them directly! Good luck with your search.

I saw this and thought, gee, I didn't realize I'd already posted on this topic. Then I realized I hadn't.

My sentiments exactly. I NEVER run out of fabric. Or running out of fabric is an opportunity.
