Reusing prewound bobbins
Just a thought
I plan to buy some prewound bobbins for my long arm at the Syracuse quilt show the end of the month. Can these bobbins be reused? In other words, once they are empty can they be wound full again on my bobbin winder?
Thanks

I think all the prewounds come on cardboard or the magnet center and neither of those can be reused.

I bought some prewound bobbins and I like them. The sticker on the tube of bobbins says "Fil Tec". they have much more thread on them than I could ever wind on them. They are clear plastic and when they are empty they look just like the ones that I have bought. And yes I have reused them... no problems yet. They work fine on my Janome 6600 - but that is not a long arm
