I made two of them. They are easy and really look nice when finished

I have not tried this yet, but I have been thinking about it.

I have done some as baby quilts...My instructions are called "FLIP and SEW". It is complete except for the binding. You can make it any size you want really and is done more or less like "Courthouse Steps". You start with 3 , 3 and a half inch blocks for the center (cut front, back and batting in 3 1/2" squares) Layer and stitch together...measure top and botton edges of those blocks and then cut the next two blocks to fit...then go to the left side and the right side of that group and etc..... really easy and a good way to use your scraps of fabric and batting.
I would be glad to add attachment of quilt pics if I could figure out how!

One of my very first quilts was a reversible quilt. It went great and I loved the fact that I had two quilts at the same time. Good method!

I've seen this done and am anxious to make my own reversible.

I also took a fun and done class one time. Unfortunately, there were several people who knew almost nothing about quilting or sewing, so class was slow. I never finished the quilt, but I plan to someday. It was pretty easy, one I got the hang of it.

I have enjoyed making Fun and Done quilts - which are quilt as you go. These are wonderful quilts that are going to be utility quilts. They are also great for baby quilts - due to the fact that I want them to be loved and used. They really are fun to make, and there are several different patterns from which to choose.

Use a similar method but modified it because of the bulk at the seams. Cut away the batting and it seemed to do better and lay flater.
