I have done some as baby quilts...My instructions are called "FLIP and SEW". It is complete except for the binding. You can make it any size you want really and is done more or less like "Courthouse Steps". You start with 3 , 3 and a half inch blocks for the center (cut front, back and batting in 3 1/2" squares) Layer and stitch together...measure top and botton edges of those blocks and then cut the next two blocks to fit...then go to the left side and the right side of that group and etc..... really easy and a good way to use your scraps of fabric and batting.
