Searching for pattern When I Grow Up

Does anyone have this pattern? It was in Better Homes & Gardens, Feb. 1984. (or where to order it) I could not afford it at the time but have always kept the picture in hopes that one day I could. I did not keep the page as to where to order though. If anyone has it, I would gladly buy it from you. Thank you in advance for any help.

i just love that quilt and have been searching for the pattern all afternoon. if you have not found it, perhaps another idea would be paper dolls. i've been searching those, too, and none are as cute as your quilt. the closest i could come is this http://thesistersfarren.com/Books-Act_Overview.html with some pictures of the dolls here http://thesistersfarren.com/Books-Act-PaperDolls.html
