I need to replace my old serger. Do you have any suggestions on make? Also what do most of you use your sergers for?

I have an Elinta which is probably close to 20 years old. When I was sewing garments it was used none stop. Now the only thing I use it for is the kids flannel p.j. pants I make for them. I will be making some cotton ones for their Easter baskets depicting their favorite sports they play. Pillowcases to match.

I replaced my 1985 vintage serger with a Baby Lock Evolution last year and I love it.

I have a Kenmore serger that is probably 20 years old and I use it for serging the edges of fabric before washing so that the fabric doesn't fray.
