I'll give it a try on a blade that has a few burrs... I am a little sceptical, but it can't hurt to try on an old blade...............

it does sharpen my paper cutter so why not the rotary cutter :)

Well Skeat, dumber things have been proven effective for just about everything...I guess it is worth a try right? Umm...well I think I will pass though :D
