Ok, I have commented about how much I love my Shape Cut rulers, but some have commented on the Martelli ruler. I love it as well, but it only has certain sizes in the slots and only cuts one before you have to move it. I use it in place of my regular long rulers to cut things out. To me, it doesn't take the place of the Shape Cut. Apples and oranges.

I have the Shape Cut Plus Ruler and love it. It is 12 X 18" and you can cut 3/4", 1", 1 1/4", 1 1/2", 1 3/4" and up in these segments.

Just wanted to put my two cents worth in even though I'm way behind the rest of you. I have the 12" X 12" and I love it. In fact I've been using it a lot the last few days. I'm trying to get a lot of large scraps cut into strips for a strip quilt after I get settled into my new house. I think right at first that's the only type of quilt I'll be making. Too much other stuff to be doing.
I would like to have the 12"X18" but am waiting for a 50% off coupon. 8-)

I went ahead and got the 12x12 June Tailor at Joann's when they went on sale 50%. I haven't used it yet, so I don't know how it is, but I'll let you know! Thanks for your input.

I bought both my June Taylor rulers at Wal-Mart. Even my Wal-Mart that doesn't have a fabric dept. had one.

I found mine at Joann's, but like someone just said, I've seen them at Walmart as well. They may be cheaper regular price at Walmart, but when they go on sale at Joann's, you can get them for as little as $10 or $11.
