Small stitched hexigons...

I saw a small stitched hexigon today that is only about 5 inches and it already had the batting and binding on it. Then when you have enough of them you sew them together in whatever you want and they are complete. Has anyone seen any instruction on something like this? I like the fact that you can do each one independently and be done with it.
