    Default Stash building help

I am fairly new, and am looking to add solids to my stash. I would like to buy bundles of half or full yards. Does anyone know where I can find these?

Fat quarter shop has bella solid "mixes" that give you a variety of different solids. I think they come in quarter or half yard.

Jo Ann's has them on sale often. Walmart also carries some, although JoAnn's has much bigger selection. Your LQS will also carry them but probably more expensive. You can also bid on them on ebay. You can also buy mini bolts (2 or 3 yds) in ACMoore for a decent price.

Keepsake Quilting sells beautiful medleys of 'amish' solids, both dark and light, in half yard and full yard cuts (as well as quarter yards) and half yard medleys of 30's repro colors, or single color gradations.

Their 'amish' colors are all from the Marcus Brothers Centenial Solids line. I'm not sure about the 30's colors, but KQ mainly carries RJR, Marcus, and Kona in their solids section and never any 'generic' brands of anything anywhere in the store. If you're not happy for any reason, they have a 'no quibble' return policy...can return anything at any time for any reason, no questions asked. Customer service is great if you have questions before or after ordering.
