I have 3 machines and 3 jumper feet(all different), and it seems like a wrestling match every time..to get that bar over the top of the needle clamp and then line up the hole with the screw...it is close to forcing everything to line up...is this normal ot am I missing something? Donna

Needle all the way up. Remove the needle if it is in the way. Use your right hand to try and lift the lever even higher than normal and hold it. You should be able to wiggle it into place with your left hand. Make sure the screw holes line up.

I have a singer, a brother, and a husqvarna...and all 3 it is just awkward and i feel like i need to be a contortionist to get them on! I was just wondering if there was an easier way, or this is just how it goes with them! Donna

I have 2 feet and neither one is hard to put on my machine. I don't think either foot was made for my Jenome, they are generic and I've had them longer that my machine. Maybe your feet don't fit on your machines. Just a thought.

My singer foot came with the machine, so i know it's the correct one, the husqvqarna jumping foot is a genuine(non generic) husqvarna foot , and the brother is generic...all 3 are low shank, and i've even tried different feet on different machines...it just seems like there has to be an easier way
