I have several designs that have massive amts of thread changes. Is there some way to print out the colors required
and hopefully the color # of (for instance ARC poly)?

I looked at their website. If you look under design information page you will find instructions on printing the pattern and color chart. Some of the designs allow you to click on the picture to get the color chart. Others automatically download the color chart with the design. You would find this info in your downloads, with a different ending(such as doc.) Hope this helps.
