Talking boy need advice

My son's friend is having their first baby in November. The theme is retro/antique toys . I would love to make them a quilt. Anyone see any fabric or some ideas for me. I'm at a loss PLEASE help!!!

Found this on etsy. You could use each square in a block and surround it with matching fabrics. http://www.etsy.com/listing/15290047...-jane-look-and

Both those fabrics have retro toys in them and are perfect for you. But at $8/yd. for the first one and $18/yd. for the second one, I'd be purchasing the first one, for sure.

Try your local fabric shops and ask for retro fabric selections and patterns.

Oh my that fabric would be perfect. I have been searching for fabric for 3 days and never found anything. never bought from etsy. Will hope the fabric is still there till friday when i have the $$$ to get it. THANKS SO MUCH!!
