I quilt in the attic. Usually a fan is sufficient but when it's 90 plus I don't even try. If it's something that has to get done I use my little backup downstairs. I see no point in sweating to death for a hobby

And with the Mitsubichi Mini Splits you can air condition 3 or 4 rooms with one unit and no duct work. We have one for one room that is hard to cool. It works great!

I'm in Maine, no AC, sewing room on third floor... quilt away in the heat... maybe in the nude... who's looking?... brings new meaning to QuiltingBear
