    Tracey's Tables

Good Morning everyone, I was just wondering if anyone who had purchased the Tracey's Tables could tell me how the ordering process has gone for them? Do you hear anything from them during the 8 week waiting period or do they just call you when delivery is to be schedule. Thanks for any input!!

Never heard of them, sorry. Maybe give them a call tomorrow during business hours?

I have two friends who ordered from them with the same experience - difficult to get them to answer the phone and get a clear answer to questions.

Doesn't sound like very good customer service.

I ordered a table from them several years back. I was able to talk with them several times over the phone about my order, but once the order was placed I didn't hear from them again until they called to schedule delivery.

I ordered one several years ago, but I ordered through my local quilt shop which was selling them and Brother machines. They took care of everything. I did call Tracey directly, and got her on her cell phone at a quilt expo in California, but I got a better deal going through the quilt shop. My neighbor bought one a couple of years ago, and the price had really gone up. They are very good tables, tho, and worth the price.

They are a Mom and Pop organization. Tracey is the wife and she also has another job. Mike is on the road a lot doing deliveries. If you really need to talk to them call at various times and days. I can't remember when she is in the office. For both my orders, delivery was within the promised time.

I adore my table and it was well worth the wait.

I have one of their tables and just love it. I'm not sure how it all went, but I did call to check on the progress. It is very well made. I looked at another table that had a molded top, but I was afraid that it could be damaged with heat or something else so I decided on Tracy's and have not been disappointed.

Thanks for everyone's replies. I guess I feel a little better knowing that they are just a small company. I love the tables I ordered. I am just concerned about the lack of communication. But I will wait the 8 weeks and hopefully hear from them for a delivery date.
