While watching Martha Pullen she had a guest on doing machine embroidery. She used a stabilizer that had adhesive on one side.
Has anyone used this product? Did you have positive results? This would be a great product for those of us with respiratory problem. We wouldn't have to use the adhesive spray.
I thought I would check here for information before I researched the product to see if its available.

i use sticky stabilizer lots of the time. that way, i don't have to hoop the fabric that i want to embroider... hooping the fabrics leaves marks on the fabric that don't seem to go away. then, after embroidering one, i can patch the sticky stabilizer with another piece of sticky for the next design.

I have used the sticky stabilizer without any problems. For some projects I just use glue stick with regular stabilizer which usually less expensive.

I also use sticky stabilizer with my embroidery. There are several different brands and some are better than others. Also, you need to clean or change your needle more often and the sticky can build up on it. Usually a little alcohol will take it off.

This is all my sister uses. She loves it and uses it for everything. I have some and use it occasionally.
