    Default Two Fabric Quilt

Hello Everyone, I have two beautiful pieces of fabric and I just want them to be in the quilt. Does anyone have any suggestion for a 12 block with two colors.

Bento Box, Hunter's Star, Bourgoyne Surrounded, Drunkard's Path, Jacob's Ladder and any star pattern are on my bucket list still to be done. All would look great using only 2 fabrics if the contrast is good.

Do you have a picture you could post? Are they solids, prints, tonal? How much fabric do you have?

I'd throw in a non color - white, black or cream and make a Carpenter's Wheel.

    Jacob's Ladder is a wonderful 2-color option.

I really like Eleanor Burns, Day and Night book. There are lots of options for two and three color quilts. It requires purchasing her book to get the special ruler to make the block but, once you do, it works up super fast and has become my favorite "go to" for gift quilts.

    I would say Hunter's Star.

A third "non color" would add a blue zillion possible patterns.

Browse through these for ideas: https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&...73.OrekG9hT1I8

If you could show a picture, sometimes a fabric will just scream a pattern at you. Like, if one print is large enough, a one block wonder might be an idea. We need to know how busy the print is on the fabric.

I made two Illusion quilts. They are two fabric quilts. I love them. Here they are, hope this helps you decide.
