    Hi
I am taking the kids to Disneyland at the beginning of October...4 days in Anaheim and 4 in LA. Being on a tight time schedule means I want to make sure I see a couple of really good quilt stores rather than lots of stores. We are staying by Disneyland and then in central LA by the Chinese theatre. Any recommendations of "must see" stores that aren't going to involve half a day's travelling! I also will be relying on public transport ot taxis.

Fabric is so expensive in NZ, that I will be having a big spend up when I come over!! I have already warned my hubby we need to take an extra bag just for fabric :-D

Would love to hear your recommendations.

    M & L Fabrics-Discount Store
    3430 W Ball Rd, Anaheim, CA 92804
    (714) 995-3178

Don't miss it! It's near Knotts Berry Farm.

The best prices are at the back of the store.

There is a cute little quilt shop in old Tustin called Flying Geese Fabrics

    www.flyinggeesefabric.com/

I stopped in there, bought some fabric & had a nice time walking around the town.

L & M has the best prices but you really have to look through the store. Bring an extra duffle bag and stock up. Best prices I have found in soCal.

    Enjoy your holiday here!
