Is there a good book of scrap quilts. I have a few patterns but they call for x amount of this strip and some for the other fabric etc. I am looking for something that uses scraps period.
The last scrap quilt I made cost a hundred dollars. LOL

Best two are :
Spectacular Quilts by Judy Hooworth
http://www.amazon.com/Spectacular-Sc...0818883&sr=8-2
and
Razzle Dazzle Quilts by Judy Hooworth
http://www.amazon.com/Razzle-Dazzle-...0818935&sr=1-1
Both of these expected you to use scrap scraps (or just pulling stuff from stash), but they also had brilliant lessons using value and color in your designs.
They're not books about just making HST's blocks and patting yourself on the back because you made a "scrap" quilt.
Not there is anything wrong with that ;-)
But these offered some very useful lessons.
And for $20 you could get both!

Not a book, but I would just go to Bonnie Hunter's site
everything is just scraps, and lots of free patterns.

If you like scraps, you can spend hours on this site!

Kim Brackett has two really terrific books of scrap quilt patterns. One of them is here:

Usually I'm lucky if a book contains even one quilt I would like to make - there are several in her books. They are what convinced me to keep my scraps, rather than giving/throwing them away. :)
