I have been given 18 unfinished Nosegays. They are about 11 inches wide and 12 inches long. The cone part are all sage green the spikes are all different. These Nosegays are several years old but seem to be in good shape. They were given me to put in "Love Quilts" for our Church Ladies group. This quilts are given to ladies that are sick, going throug a divorce etc. I was thinking of appliquing them to a 13 inch square , setting them on point and sashing them together. Each Nosegays should have tiny squares between the spikes. I will attach a scanned photo of one. Sorry my scanner not large enough to get whole thing. The scanned one has the strongest colors some of them are much more muted. Looking for any ideas.

Try reducing the size of the scanned picture to jpeg and then try attaching it! It's hard to get the larger pictures to upload.

Maybe applique them on a larger block and make a quilt?

I really like that picture where you have your appliquéd nosegay set on point & then the square in a square setting. If you do the squares this way you could actually make 2 lap quilt sizes with 9 blocks in each.
