need help for free motion quilting

could someone help me i saw a picture of a machine that had pink styerphone insulation around it ,and now i cant find it does someone know where to look , its for free motion quilting , ime trying to fix my machine like it was and i need to look at it one more time

thanks a lot craftybear that really helped me ,but its not the one its set up on a 6 ft, table.but ime glad i saw that video two it did help/

I made one for my machine too and it does help a big deal. I just had a bit a problem to see the needle so I just sat slightly right of the machine.

I am having my husband get me the insulation and I will get the vinyl from Walmart. I will let you know. Please let me know too if you try it.

i havnt done it yet i just needed the picture to show my son so he could fix it for me . ime not sure when he will get to it. im going in the hospital next thursday for a d&c.ill probably do it after that ,ill let you know how it works for me thanks.
