Default What a surprise! Another Quilting Board Member......In Person

Went to Big Lick Antique with husband-looking at Guns and guess what - I met a Quilting Board Member-We chatted for probably 30 minutes about sewing machines--How nice it was to be able to talk someone who shared the same love--and then to find out we were raised in almost the same area--Vass and Carthage,NC . Deara, it was certainly nice to meet you.

How great is that! I too live in North Carolina, (Western / Foothills in Morganton), I'd LOVE to meet up with fellow quilter's in my area. It really is a small world

I live in Stanley (near Gastonia). Have you been to Ann's Cozy Quilts in Rutherfordton? She and her husband Bill own the shop. He does all the LA and she's a great help in selecting fabric for a quilt.
