Default What are these for?

My friend was given a couple boxes of great quilting fabric. Included was these two round tube shaped items, which are alike except for color, and the wire items.
The tubes are about the size of a tube of Rolo's except bigger around. Not quite as big around as a quarter.
Can anyone tell us what these are used for in quilting? Or in general?
Thanks for your input!

Im not sure about the metal things but the blue rod reminds me of when my mom owned a beauty shop and they used something similar for permanent wave rods.
Sorry that is the first thought that came into my head
Lol no clue to how they could be used in quilting.

No idea on the pink or blue rods, but the wires are used to attach a bobbin onto a cone of thread for storage(usually clipped onto an insert that is then put into a case)

I actually have the pink and blue rods. They came with a ribbon that loops around the ends. You wind your binding onto the "spool" then hang it around your neck with the ribbon. It unrolls as you sew the binding to your quilt and prevents tangles. It works pretty well but I have to admit I haven't used it much lately. I figured out a system of my own that's a bit quicker.

I don't know what the pins are for.

They are "bobbins" to go with simplicity's fabric cutter or bias tape maker machine. I'll see if I can find a picture. I have a bunch of these.

If you look real close on this winder machine you can see the fabric being wound on a white bobbin spool like you have

It is technically called a storage bin: Here it is on amazon

The metal things look like they go on a pegboard.
