My company had a "steward's sale" today, and I got 60 of these 20"x20" Euro pillows and pillow shams. They're brand new, never used. The pillows are still vacuum shrink wrapped even! I think I'll probably eBay a lot, but what would you do with them? The white is pretty, but they could be dyed, embroidered, appliqued....
Give me some ideas~!

don't e-bay em all! sell some to us!! :) lol Christmas in July seems to be popular this year. Tree with decorations on it and a star at the top with a couple presents under it. Or it will be fall soon. Some beautiful autumn colored leaves appliqued would be neat. You could embroider just about anything on it. You could make some yo-yo's an use bias to make the stems and put on them for a more modern flower feel ( my fav idea so far). So many ideas so little space to type.... :)

Wow! 60 of them? you can do just about anything you want! I would make a few quilt covers for my bed, for one. You can stack them for extra seating... Do the covers come off? You can practice dying, painting, coloring... thread painting...

Hadn't thought of selling them on this board! Thanks! I'll get solid shipping prices, better pictures and list them in the morning!
And Nena, they won't be anywhere near $40 each!

They more than likely have a finish on them that would prohibit dying..damask does not dye well anyway..
Is the white damask the sham?
If so, it can be removed?
Just wondering how one would embroider on them.
That is a cool sale nab though!

It's a removable sham that slips on envelope style. So one whole end opens completely, would be super easy to hoop! The sham is 100% cotton. The pillow inserts are feather and down with a 100% cotton cover.
