Default What is Your Favorite "Wierdo" Color to Use in a Quilt?

I haven't had a chance to use it much yet, but I really want to do a quilt with an electric, chartreuse green. I'm thinking it might look nice with a warm, tomato red.

My favorite color is green & my happy color is lime green. I've made many quilts with lime green & hot pink. In fact, I have been known to put in a little lime green in a lot of quilts!

My future DIL LOVES bright orange. I had a hard time fitting that color into a quilt for her, but I managed. I matched it up with various muted shades of the rainbow and it blended right in. I also put a bright orange binding on it. I think that she liked it!

I bought some true neon color fabric once. It was hard to put in a quilt but I managed. I throw some of the leftovers into 9 patch quilts. It's fun to work with.

Pattypurple, I love your quilt! Would you please share the name of the pattern?

I use dark purple in a pattern instead of black or dark blue. I love cheddar orange with pink and blue.
