Smile What was your first gift of the season?

Good Morning and Merry Christmas! What a great surprise I got from my sister! Fifteen fat quarters. My sister has a unique talent for picking out the best, most interesting and fun fat quarters. What a way to start off the new year also!!!!!!!! I have a week to look at, feel, decide what I will do with these fat quarters. And the day hasn't even started yet. I am heading to Caribou's to meet her for coffee. She is putting some Bailey's Irish Cream in her pocket and we are going to talk, reminisce and just enjoy ourselves before the day starts. Hope your day is as wonderful as mine is going to be! Edie

Well, I was surprised, and shocked DH got me a 'healthy' gift certificate to my LQS, it could pay for next years retreat with monies left over or I could get lots and lots of goodies.
    Merry Christmas to all!

My daughter bought me two Tutto sewing machine bags! I have looked at Tutto many times, but felt the price was too much for me right now. My daughter bought me two sizes for different machines, in bright purple. Wow, was I surprised!

How exciting for all of you. I love your planned trip to Caribou - the Bailey's is the perfect start to the day. Merry Christmas to all.

I got a 2 year subscription to "Love of Quilting" magazine from DH because each month I've been scrambling to JoAnn's to get the newest copy as there was something in it I liked and might like to try. :-) I can hardly wait for the first issue to arrive! :-)
