Anyone have a Stretched PQ1500S by Brother? Pro and Cons of a stretched machine.....

what is a stretched machine?

It's a way to take a sewing machine like the one mentioned (can also be done with the Juki or the Pfaff Grandquilter) and "stretch" it to become a mid-arm quilter. A piece of metal is put in the middle to extend the needle part out. Not sure how far the machine can be stretched though.

Did you google it? I remember reading an article but don't remember where.
