I did the very same thing. Two quilts, with black on white and white on black, I made mirror images and It took me about three-four years to finally finish them. I gave them to my daughter to auction them for the high school auction .. ($250 each with two pillow cases each. ) They were going in the guest room but I hated them when I finished. The guest room is now part of my sewing room. When they were finished, they looked good, BUT ...

I couldn't take it. I think bargello would be the same.

Oh, it would be awful to finish two quilts and then hate them! A sewing room is better than a guest room though, so you don't need the quilts. (obvious, huh? sorry) I am just busy feeling glad that I do like these quilts, as I am not always pleased with a quilt when I finish... By this time next week I may have the second one finished and maybe even quilted. (at least I HOPE so!!)
