I did the very same thing. Two quilts, with black on white and white on black, I made mirror images and It took me about three-four years to finally finish them. I gave them to my daughter to auction them for the high school auction .. ($250 each with two pillow cases each. ) They were going in the guest room but I hated them when I finished.
