Reply Buttons

I'd like to know why some of the messages have "reply" buttons when you open the newsletter and others don't. I checked and I am logged in yet the first message in today's newsletter I could reply to, and the second one I could not reply to.

If a topic has been "LOCKED"(in red under title)no further comments can be made. Was the topic locked? Thats usually the case. You might ask a moderator , go to home section , scroll down to users currently on site, mods are in bold blue. Click one and PM( private message) them with your ?. Hope this helps. :-D
