Red face Quilt pattern idea

I have been collecting pieces of fabric with snack items such as pretzels, pizza, nuts, cookies, popcorn etc....what kind of quilt pattern should I make so the pattern show, but not just be a large square surrounded by sashing...any suggestions? TIA

I would think one of the jar quilts with the jars filled with your different products would be neat.

If you haven't tried Falling Charms, that might be cute with the food stuff falling. You might want to check this site out. Might have more suggestions than using Google.

You could try a mosaic design where some of the patches are larger than others, some more rectangular, with sashing in between

There is a pattern called Galleria.
I think it would be a good pattern to showcase foods.
I found a post somewhere with a pic of a quilt made using that pattern. Hold a sec... I'll check my bookmarks.

Here is the quilt pic. I hope I am allowed to show pics from another forum.
Guess admin will remove it, if it's inappropriate.

Here is the website address for purchasing the pattern.

I was planning to make a D9P as a teen male charity quilt. For the middle squares I was planning to use bright colored squares and for the 4 inner squares I was planning to use a small black polka dot.

I would like to see what pattern you come up with.

Well! Great minds think alike. Barb and QuilnNan, a jar quilt was the first idea that popped into my head too. I especially like the ones with different shaped and sized jars.

I think Yellow Brick Road and Turning Twenty would be good.
