I am looking for pattern ideas for a 2 color...ice white and deep purple...quilt that will really show off the colors. Something much more advanced than a simple checkerboard but nothing with applicque in it.

I've done the Eleanor Burns Day and Night quilts from Quilt in a Day and really like the ''look'' but am open to try something different!!

Thanks for your ideas

When I saw your top title I was going to recommended the Day/Night one - but another good choice is Irish Chain!

I really like the look of the Hunters Star pattern, or for a challenge, what about Winding Ways.

How about Drundards Path, I have those templates and it works great for two colors. So many different lay-outs of design

Here's one of mine. This pattern might look nice if one of your fabrics is a print.

Sorry, will try again.
