I have seen that pattern done all kids of ways. Some do it scrappy some do it all in one color. I am working from my stash this year. I like to find a fabric I like and pull out things to go with it. I am cutting kits for a sewing day for my guild. This looks like a good pattern. Thanks.

I have made this quilt 4 times - once all shades of blue, then a blue, yellow and white, next a blue, green and red, and finally one that was like Easter colours but not Easter like just greens, purple, yellow, pink, orange like the colour of jelly beans. Super easy quilt and to make it larger just use more fat quarters and/or add borders. It is a go to quilt for me when I need something in a hurry! best of luck.

The only one I've made was a lap quilt with FQ's I already had. It was for a man and I used all the grays and blues in my collection and it turned out real nice..he loved it and uses it every day!!

I just finished the Yellow Brick Road which also called for 30 fat quarters and it made the to of a YBR so I can see that it would. I also made mine in greens!

I think I might make this with a load of polka dot fabrics. I need to make a charity quilt for a fund raiser for my niece's school. I think I just found the pattern! How would this look in many polka dots?
