I have considered this retreat since the last time that you mentioned it on the QB. I also live in Michigan and Houghton/Hancock is about a 9 hour drive.
If I had someone to go with....I would be there on the shores also. I would do more listening to the water than sewing.
Please give more details when you return and I just might be driving up next time.

That's amazing, I'm sure you'll have a great time. I'm a little jealous, but happy for you.

How can we get more information about this retreat, as well as get on the mailing list to register?

ha ha ha exactly what I do. I have several projects cut and ready to go in plastic boxes. Keep them in my room and take to the sewing room as I need them. I am fortunate and get the same room (per request) each year and it is 4 doors down from the sewing room. What a wonderful time to spend with your sister and daughter. Sometimes I accomplish several projects and sometimes not so much. I bring hand work along also and am able to choose should I tire of machine sewing.
