My frist time posting. After reading about the experiences some have had with sales pepole I thought you might you would like to hear mine.A little while ago someone posted the site purse-onatitiesofpalmharbor, I check it out and what beautiful patterns for handbags.I wanted some of those petterns, placed a order of $94 and went to checkout. Wow what a suprise I got ,the shipping to Canada was $68, can you beleive that. I realy wanted those patterns but I couldn't pay $68 in shipping.I sent a message and stated very nicely that the pattern were very lovely but I couldn't pay that much in shipping and was there a cheapier way to sent them.Guess what, the next day I got a e-mail from Linda of purse-onatities.She agreed it was way to much and to let her know what I wanted and she would not charge me any shipping. After a few freindly e-mails my order was in the mail with no shipping charges. She was happy that I brought it to her attention and they are working to correct the problem and I am happy too. I will have my patterns and will be making bags for xmas gifts Oh yes. Buy 3 and get 1 free. If you are looking for patterns for handbags chech out site. Thanks for reading

I wonder how many sales she lost because she didn't check her website and probably wouldn't have if you hadn't alerted her. I'm glad you got free shipping but at least a free pattern would have been the best customer service for your service.

it is always good to talk or write if you have a problem keep it polite but to the point and it will nearly always end up well. only a few would tell you #&#@! where to go.
I would have bucked at that price to even posting to Australia
