What a great story! I always feel for the people outside the US, seems like everything is so expensive. I appreciate the sites that tell you when you can ship more for the same price. It improves their sales and cuts my costs. Most customer service is really a win win situation.

Thanks for sharing this. It's always good to know about good sales experiences, particularly online. I will certainly remember this site.

I once e-mailed Batiks Etc. about shipping charges and they agreed that they were unusually high for what I ordered. They thanked me and gave me a gift certificate to use at another time. I was happy.

Oh that is a feel good story and I'm sure things worked out for you because you presented your inability to pay that much shipping in a very personal way as apposed to a critical way. Good for you.

I think this is the website that you ordered from:

http://www.palmharborpatterns.com/

Am I right. Have not checked out all the patterns yet or the prices but looks like it may be the one. :-)
