    Congrats on a great buy. Too bad another LQS is shutting down. That's why I buy something when I go in, even if it's a fat quarter. I still buy more of my fabric on line because of the price. But thread and little nick-knacks are always something I can buy,

    I'm scared mine will do that in the next few years, she has been trying to sell the shop for about a year and a half to move closer to the grandkids, haven't seen any biters yet. Fear they may close if it can't be sold
