Tip: Don't sew when you are tired or mad. Otherwise, Mr. Rippit will come out to haunt you. (Sorry, best I can do this early in the morning). LOL Where's my coffee, oh I forgot, I have to make it.

More serious note. It's my birthday month. Yea!!! For one of my gifts to me from me. I'm going to order and buy row by row kits from places I've been in the past and I like there kits. Some will make cute wall hangings or table runners. Some will make great gifts.

Tomorrow I will post Step 2 of our QAL. I may have other suggestions for the center block. We will start on the leaf blocks.

I received 2 squishes so far. Thank-you so much. I will open closer to my BD, after I get all of my squishes.

TIP: put a pool noodle along the back of your cutting table (or any table) so that things don't fall off.

TIP: Don't let your dog get anywhere near your foot pedal while the machine is on. It's dangerous for you and scares the willies out of your dog.

PS Yes, I watch Fons & Porter all the time (DVR it because 6 a.m. is too early for me) and I like to watch and rewatch episodes. I love the tips section, too.

TIP: Use a long ruler on its skinny edge to "sweep" the tiny little bits of thread and fabric on your cutting table into a pile for the trash.

tip:

Use your sticky paper lint roller over your cutting mat after a cutting session to lift the lint and threads out of the cuts in the mat.

Immediately after pressing a seam, put a square ruler on top of the block until it cools. This makes all of the pieces flat and accurate.
