Wendsy, let me know if mine had postage due. I took reg size envelopes as well as legal size to my local post office. They both were 45 cents. Then I took finished blocks in a legal size envelope as well as some in larger manilla envelopes Both were 85 cents. I wasn't told they can charge more somewhere down the line! I guess my experiment was useless. I hope nobody gets charged extra, and if you do please let me know!

I have noticed that fabric is getting narrower too. I spent $12.99 a yard at my LQS last week. It measures out at 43 inches wide. I don't think the fat eighth being a bit short will matter. So far I am having a bit left over on my blocks.

If you still need help, you might try searching on Youtube. I use OpenOffice, which is similar to Office, but not exactly the same, and I found an excellent video that gave me step by step instructions. After each step I paused the video and did what it showed me and my labels came out fine. Well, except that I couldn't find my box of labels so I printed on plain paper. Still easier to use a piece of mailing tape on each one instead of writing it out!
This is one last plea for help. April you said you had the version that was newer and would send it to anyone who asked...I am asking..either that or send me a new excel list ...I understand if you are too busy..I have a bad case of divriticulitis and have gotten behind on customer quilts so this would help me emensly...if not I totally understand but wont be able to get them all addressed and sent until next Monday if that is the case. Last boom they were out the day after the list came out because of the pre printed labels..So I am just hoping...
I really hate asking since you are so busy with everything...

Cyndi..tell your guy it needs to be hand cancelled and see what he says. That's where the extra 20 cents comes in. Our soft squishies get caught in their cancelling machines and stops the whole process, tears up our envelopes and sometimes the fabric in them. better to be safe and pay the extra! I don't even take my envelopes to the window, I buy forty 65cent stamps, put them on the envelopes and drop them in the slot. I've never had a postage due issue or a torn up one. Maybe this helps clear things up a little!
