If you still need help, you might try searching on Youtube. I use OpenOffice, which is similar to Office, but not exactly the same, and I found an excellent video that gave me step by step instructions. After each step I paused the video and did what it showed me and my labels came out fine. Well, except that I couldn't find my box of labels so I printed on plain paper. Still easier to use a piece of mailing tape on each one instead of writing it out!

This is one last plea for help. April you said you had the version that was newer and would send it to anyone who asked...I am asking..either that or send me a new excel list ...I understand if you are too busy..I have a bad case of divriticulitis and have gotten behind on customer quilts so this would help me emensly...if not I totally understand but wont be able to get them all addressed and sent until next Monday if that is the case.
